I am the Founder/CEO of the nonprofit organization and publication, EnVision Proven Success.
EnVision Proven Success promotes the economic independence of women in need by providing comprehensive training and workshops on a vast array of topics and community resources, as well as referrals from Ohio Benefit Bank, free-of-charge.

EnVision Proven Success has a professionally printed magazine that shares the stories of women who have regained their dignity and moved forward in a way they previously thought not possible. Their candor allows readers to understand the challenges disadvantaged women face, and have achieved great accomplishments and overcome daunting barriers unimagined by most.

Our publication “EnVision Proven Success” is the first and only publication tool that moves challenge women towards self-sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home, and community. The publication has help change women perception of what they can achieve and has empowered over 4000 women in our community to accomplish their goals.

Our aim is to increase community awareness and raise funds to assist women who are economically or socially disadvantaged. We offered comprehensive training and workshops on a vast array of topic. We provide free-of-charge workforce readiness and employment retention programs to thousands of women in need each year. We are reaching out with the idea of forming and joining a coalition to assist disadvantaged women.
